This project is
called DM-EPR-PIASS Joint Project on Teacher Trainings and aims to identify
mechanisms for change in the context of teacher professional development
through continuous teacher training to improve the quality of teaching by
teachers in 20 schools in the Presbyterian Church of Rwanda (EPR). The project
started by mapping and collecting baseline data from the 20 schools in the Presbyterian Church of Rwanda (EPR).
The collected data would help them to identify the challenges faced by teachers,
students and school leaders that limit their professional teaching. The project
is intending to provide different training modules for different categories
based on the challenges identified, thereby improving the Quality of Education.
